Rescue skills and general diving day at Tweed Heads

Our rescue skills Sunday was a hot one. Under brilliant blue skies two of our Sports Diver trainees, Bernadette and Tamara completed their rescue modules. Andre Parsaoran also sweated through some tough rescue management scenarios. A great day of practice and skill development for everyone (including me)! Note for next time: better sun protection for those in the water. Donna and Mark broke the seals on their new OWI quals and Russell has truly made the valuable role of volunteer casualty his own.

While this was going on at Little D-Bah beach, another group was diving upstream, taking advantage of the clear water and friendly tide time.
