Julian Rocks

Published Sat 21 Apr 2018

Julian Rocks with Blue Bay Divers is standard diving fare for Brisbane-BSAC and that speaks volumes about how lucky we are!

While the Mantas had left and the Grey Nurses had not yet made their Winter appearance, we were treated to another great dive, seeing Leopard sharks, large schools of Mulloway and Big-eye Trevally and an absolute carpet of Wobbies in Hugo's Trench.

Conditions were great. The visibility for both dives was good at around 20m and there was only a gentle current. A little surge made Hugo's good fun.

As usual after a JR dive, we all regrouped at the pub in Brunswick Heads for a healthy drink and lunch before the caffeine-boosted drive home. Julian Rocks always delivers a great experience, proving you can't get too much of a good thing.
